Market risk
Cryptocurrency prices can move sharply within minutes. The rate quoted at the start of a swap may differ from the rate at execution. Fixed-rate quotes lock the rate but charge a small extra spread to cover that risk.
Network and address risk
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Verify that the destination address is on the correct network (e.g. USDT on Tron is not USDT on Ethereum), that the first and last 6 characters match, and that you control the wallet.
Counterparty and wallet risk
Swaps are executed by the upstream provider. While they have processed millions of transactions, no service is immune to operational failure, security breach, or regulatory action. You are responsible for the security of the private keys to your destination wallet.
Regulatory and tax risk
Cryptocurrency rules differ by jurisdiction and change frequently. Swapping one asset for another is typically a taxable event. You are responsible for understanding and complying with rules applicable to you.
Not financial advice
